Some days start slower than others, and that's fine. Coffee first, everything else after — the order matters more than it should.
There's a version of productivity advice that says mornings should be optimized: wake up early, exercise, plan the day before checking a single notification. Most of it is probably good advice. Most of it also doesn't survive contact with an actual week.
What's worked better, at least lately, is not fighting the slow mornings. Let the first twenty minutes be unproductive. The rest of the day tends to sort itself out anyway.
